Working with us is easy.

• No technical knowledge required! If you can explain what you’d like to achieve with your website, we can handle the rest.
• We don’t like to go off the rails. We work closely with our clients, setting deadlines and checking in.

Our Process

1. Upon first contact we’ll schedule a time to discuss your online goals, wishes, wants and desires ( by phone, in person or via Skype). At that meeting we’ll listen to what you want and suggest ways to translate your thoughts into a website.
2. We’ll provide an itemized estimate.
3. If you decide to move forward with the job we’ll ask you to sign a standard work contract.
4. We’ll establish a timetable for the job, including deliverables that you’ll receive from us, and any copy, images or other assets that we’ll need from you.
5. We’ll continue our open communication via email and phone for the duration of the process.
6. Once we’re ready to launch your site we’ll set up a tutorial or send you a style guide and instructions for working with your new site. It’s your choice.
7. After launch, and once we’ve completed everything we listed on our estimate, we’ll ask you to sign a job completion form.
8. At your request, we’ll provide continuing support and content management at an hourly rate.
